What we agree
A specific work package, outputs, responsibilities, time commitment and completion criteria. Your team retains responsibility for operating decisions and ongoing delivery. I take responsibility for the advisory, facilitation and artefacts explicitly included in the engagement.
What you receive
An agreed work plan, the documents or working practices defined in scope, progress reviews and a handover note identifying what is complete and what still needs attention.
This is scoped support, not an unlimited delivery commitment. It can follow a Sprint or begin from an existing decision that is clear enough to implement.
